Ain't gonna get no sympathy...

Ain't gonna get no sympathy..
She left you because you weren't
popular..you weren't more "together!"
You just weren't ready to be "there" yet!
It hurts..I know...that's life.
Ain't gonna get no sympathy...
When you end things with others, the friends
of others, may turn on you. You have to learn..
to DEAL, it's harsh, but, that's life...I know...
Ain't gonna get no sympathy....
He was a lousy guy..and everybody knew this..
'cept I was still holding on to the other end of
the whirl wind ride...thought I was gonna win in the end..
I was soo wrong..I did not want to see the truth..
not for many, many years...
That's the way it is...
Ain't gonna get no sympathy...
You can act like you want to..but,
people know what you're made up of.
Putting on "the act"..won't guarantee
that you will get a free seat.
You might lose one too!
Ain't gonna get no sympathy...
just from writing this poem..
it will always be there..no matter
how much you write about it...and
try to let things be..it will always
be there!
Ain't gonna get no sympathy...
You done this to yourself...

Sort of wrote this for myself..but it's about what things that you do, that
come back and smack ya..and then some..things that you have to learn
and see, and learn to NOT do any longer..even if it will always be there to face you.or remind you.
It's not always a pleasant reminder...either.
