NO CONTROL...

You don't have any control
You might "Think" you do..but,
when your body's breakin' down
You'll feel all of those blues!
No way to rationalize,
and no way to turn back..
it's too late now, , so you know
This train has jumped the track!
You woulda, coulda, shoulda,
but, you never did a thing..
so, now you're sittin' by yourself
and it will be some STING!!!
I know it's not what
you REALLY wanted to hear..
but, it just doesn't matter,
cuz' I WANT you Here!!
Please..hear what I am saying
Please don't turn away..
I know that you are miserable.
and you're having a very hard day...
I love you so, very much
I kid you not at all..
If you should die because of this..
My heart will break and fall...
So, take my words, seriously..
for I mean , everyone
I want for you to "stick around"
Losing you , soooo, " NOT fun..!!!!".

I was thinking about a show that I saw on some obese teens..it was hard to watch those shows...but, I also GOT something from watching them too..since I have diabetes..and I also have some weight on my body..it made me worry and think more about losing my weight..rather than eating and "binging"..I wrote this to make myself LOOK at this..and also I was inspired by those who have to lose a TON of weight.and for the family and friends who love these people who need to lose this amount of weight..
and lastly for that person, themselves...
Please..don't harm yourself..please get some help..before it IS too late..people do love you and they really want for you to LIVE!!! Hey..even if I don't know you..I care as well...you got that?1111
Depression is another thing that you need to tackle as well, along with the weight loss...because it can sneak up on you and be frightening..and dealing with trying to lose weight..and NOT being depressed..that;'s what I would say "MUY Dificil!!!" Or Very difficult!!!!
