Remember...

Remember HE is the past....
don't wish, don't want..
don't think, don't yearn..
it is what it has been
yet you just keep
wishing, waiting, caring, crying
and thinking
"I will get him back!"
Live in the NOW..and
BE in the Present.
You made a choice..
and that is how it must be, .
If you had wanted that
story of what once was..
you should have kept it..
but, you knew to let it go
FOREVER!
You made a choice..and
It was the RIGHT one.
There could be NO
OTHER way, or path to
walk on...this was in
YOUR HEART..and
in your SOUL...
THIS was what was
supposed to be..
so, don't look back..
don't be sad..
do not cry..
It's alright!!!

I wrote this poem to help myself..and perhaps it can help others too.
I really want to let go of a person in my life..it;'s actually been like a secret torment., .I don't want to hold on to this any longer, ...it aches.
I also got a straight forward letter from this person..
they were straight to the point..and they UNfortunately had hit the nail on the head!!
I think that this poem really explains the truth for me..and that I need to let everything GO!!!!
Sometimes all of us just refuse to listen and refuse to "fix" the issues at hand!! That would be me too! LOL!!
