They're making up laws so we don't feed the hungry

Author's Notes: This is a little choral I wrote recently on the way back from a gig. I had to call one of the members of Treblehawk so she could write it down. The muses were not satisfied with just one verse it seems, as my tire literally shredded shortly after I hung up. So I pulled over to the shoulder pulled out the spare and reached for where the jack should have been. Seems that item was forgotten in the sale along with the lug wrench. So I called reinforcements and sat and waited.
And what does one do while sitting on the side of I75 waiting for a jack, you finish the damn song of course. The rhythm for this came from the emergency blinkers.
