You're calculating
The things in life that hinder you
This constant waiting
Intimidating
The way the world can change your view
Manipulating
It's liberating
The games that you have learned to play
Intoxicating
Accomodating
The ones that let you have your way
Author's Notes: I think there are a lot of people in American culture [go US, we're the new Rome, ya know] who grant themselves a certain kind of exemption from the rules of morality. They think they can do and say whatever they want, treat anyone however they want. They're the players, a word the made to identify themselves. They look at themselves as somehow cooler than the rest of us, treating matters of the heart as some sort of game. They're male, they're female, gender doesn't seem to be picky. Fact is - they're all disgusting.
