To Be a Bird on a Wire

Like a bird sitting on a telephone wire
How I wish I could just sit and watch the world go by.
Instead of rush, rush, rush
From Here to There and There to Here.
How I yearn to stop
and just appreciate Now
rather than worry about Later.
