A poor girl's gift.

Age Group: Adult
A poor girls gift.
I don't have fame,
but I am fulfilled.
I don't play the game,
but my feeling can't be sealed.
I don't how to let go,
but I'm aware in life we grow.
Some days I'm ashamed & other days I glow.
My gift to You is very simple,
but extremely hard to embrace.
Remember we all deal with the same stuff,
only in different ways.
Be good to Yourself & each other.
You never know whose Life's on the up,
or whose is going under.
For where you are today,
another has been before.
Whether you can feast,
or if it's your time of famine.
We must come together,
find the ultimate understanding.
This time in Humanity,
It's vital that we share.
So many creatures hurting,
learn to open up & share.
Not just food & water,
but our feelings too.
Simple as it sounds, yet so very hard to do.
Please treat others as you would have them treat you.
My words are done,
I hope they've touched even just one.
For one spark can start a forest fire,
Let this one burn out of loves true desire.
