Mid-Summer Nights Eve

Upon this Mid summer nights Eve,
We give honor to Earth and Her reprieve.
Litha Queen, crowned by summers songs,
New life within, growing ever more strong.
The Solstice Sun triumphs over the dark,
With bountiful beauty renewed we embark.
God of light stands long into the night,
Beckoning His Queen come share His light.
Lady Aine’ summons the faeries come dance,
In twilights mist you can see them prance.
Glimmering beneath the Willow tree,
Like sparks of magick for all to see.
Hand and Hand the energy doth raise,
Far above the Earth into unseen skies.
Illumination expands to it’s greatest height,
The wheel turns, change is in sight.
Together in love shared without fear,
Our Lady and Lord unto us draw near.
Let us this night as the seasons turn,
Burn fires unto the changes we yearn.
Lets cast our magick true within the flames,
For only that which is good shall remain.
Watching worries disappear as they burn,
These things cast out shall never return.
So feast in this time, of renewing growth,
Standing as one at the Alter, we give oath.
Unto the Lord of Day and Lady of Night,
In peace and love for that which is right.
Blessings are given and here forth received.
By the powers of magick, unto we who believe.
In honor of the Old Ways of which we share,
By the powers of Fire, Water, Earth, and Air.
Our Lord and Lady now shall disappear,
But unto our life’s we have no fear.
Blessing given from those true of heart,
Merry we meet, and merry we part.
So Shall it ever be….
