Look at the Children

Look in their eyes.

Listen to them sigh.
Look at the Children,
Out in the night.
Why can’t we see,
What would be right.
Look at the Children,
Look in their eyes.
See in their hearts,
Please, here their cries.
Look at the Children,
Why are we so blind.
To seeing their fears,
Our Children, yours and mine.
Look at the Children,
Look in their eyes.
They are of love,
Tell them no lies.
Look at the Children,
Need we say more.
They shall be the ones,
Whom shall suffer this war.
