my oath to you
by faery wing
Age Group: Teen
In the night I shall seek,
In the night I shall stay.
In light of moon I shall worship.
In company of trees I shall pray.
In the presence of others like me I shall say.
In myself I shall find,
In others I shall change.
After twilight I shall learn,
During day I shall burn.
In the heads of others I shall hear.
From my heart I shall listen.
My thoughts I shall voice,
My feelings I shall hide.
From within I shall seek,
Around me I shall look.
The things I see should be noticed.
The things I hear should be said.
The things I think should be read.
This is my oath to you,
This is my promise to my Lord and Lady.
As I will, so mote it be!
