Sitting silently, feeling the energies around you.
Feeling the wind caress your face,
Seeing the foliage in the trees dance like a fire.
You hear the water in the nearby stream gently swimming and trickling into little water falls.
You smell and feel the cool earth soil on your legs and feet as you sit down to get as close to it as you can.
Each energy you feel you calm down, let go of all stress.
You feel alive again, and connected.
You can fell a certain energy. A refreshing sense of comfort.
You have connected to yourself and nature.
Author's Notes: Merry Meet,
I am currently sitting in a classroom and I feel very disconnected to nature here. Then I felt a small breeze through an open window and found myself dreaming of nature and visualized the refreshing feeling it could/would give me. So to make that feeling more alive I decided to write this small poem. It is my first poem on here so forgive the lack of talent haha. Blessed be.
