song of the west

darkmother/brightmother call unto me
sing me the song of the wild emerald sea
surging/submerging the silence within
crashing the boundaries of where I begin
darkwater/brightwater sensuous ocean
windspirits dance in tempestuous motion
on moonfire tides with eternity's flame
starsparkled moonmirror, tell me thy name
lady i greet thee at midnight's dark hour
here in the circle of magickal power
joined are the flow of the blood and the tide
one with the cosmic heart beating inside
sunmirror/moonmirror infinite water
mirror the heart of thy questioning daughter
whisper thy siren song deep in the night
rock her to sleep by diana's pale light
searching and troubled i come unto thee
stormbringer, lifegiver, wash over me
in gossamer waves from the night of thy soul
cleansing my spirit and making it whole
then like aphrodite, shining and bright
let me emerge from thy infinite night
to walk in the light of the skyfather sun
for seamother/skyfather/daughter are one
