A Mother Forgiven

Mother you never lied to me you were always true.
However that doesn't make me stop missing you.
You always challenged me and made me challenge myself and for this I am thankful but, it's still hard to see your care.
We laughed, we cried, we shared our thought.
Please stop running away from me.
I was only a child. I needed you, but you couldn't stay to fight.
Problems melted away with no solutions.
A dream world we were in. I needed a mother not a friend, psychologist or anything else. I needed a mothers love. Where was it at? I saw some hidden in your own little ways. But that didn't help let it break free I need to see that you do love me.
You were strong and taught this to me. However, we made our lives real lonely. Mommy it can't be just you and me.
I love you no matter what your faults might be. Because now I see where you used to be.
Author's Notes: My mother and I had and still kinda do have a very intereseting relationship. These were just some thoughts about it. About how I felt when I was a child. But now that I am older I see how hard it was for her and why she did the things she did. I am glad to know the reason behide things now. I hope this can help others in some way.
