O Gods, Turn Away! (a Verse for Practice Time)

O Gods, turn away!--nor angry get,
For this is not a harvest yet;
We'll practice out the untrained chaff,
So heed us not, except ye laugh!
Author's Notes: This is a little rhyme to say before you practice a ritual, chant, meditation, or any other thing where you are calling to powers that you don't want to come just yet. Then if you screw it up, you've no need to worry.
I actually wrote this for ADF use as "O Kindreds, Turn Away." You can substitute "spirits" or whatever else you may need.
