A Personal Definition
by Quate Storm
Age Group: Teen
The definition is in the flicker of my candle:
The wind that makes me take a step back ~
The path is in the eyes I meet, the situations I handle:
In the falsehoods fed, in the undeniable, the proof-less fact
***
{Invisibly woven between my fingertips:
The string to lead me from Plato’s cave ~
It’s not a word that could ever cross lips:
It not a feeling that can be put in a jar to save}
***
It’s a slight tremor when I read Tarot for my friend:
The shiver of joy that spills down my spine in Spring ~
It’s a message to Infinity and the Universe that I send:
The life I live now, the soul in me that, to you, I bring
***
