~ To Dream of Wolves ~

Age Group: Teen
There are fangs here,
There be fangs ~
Eating away at something
Chewing away at someone ~
Am I, I am the one running
They hunt me down ~
Human again, human again
Fingers around my throat ~
But not for me, myself
For something I keep ~
Before they can bite down to the bone of my wrist
I throw it away, down, down, down ~
And I jump too
Because air is not my enemy ~
They are trying to kill me
I have heard this ~
{Over and over and over}

Author's Notes: A dream that I've had . . . Freaks me out because I have 1) always believed in werewolves, 2) never had a good encounter with any canine, and 3) one of the only people I trust on this planet tells me something is trying to kill me (has been for awhile, too, apparently) . Wolves in dreams, as I believe, represent protection. They can be protecting you, someone else, or something. In my dream I am protecting something . . . from the wolves . . . It's very complicated. Any ideas about this would be helpful.
