Serenity Chant

Exhale.
Let go.
Surrender
to the flow.
Inhale,
and know
that change is
how we grow.
Release. Release.
Author's Notes: This is a simple chant I received from Brighid this Imbolc. It is meant to be sung slowly, over and over with a steady drumbeat. Singing it in this way can help lower the heart rate, and the words are meant to help heal anxiety and panic. I named it Serenity chant, because it reminds me of the Serenity Prayer. Thank you, Brighid, for this gift of healing.
