Witches Sonnet Reversed

Once upon a midnight spell,
Danced a dream you know so well.
Turning, spinning, rhythmic feet,
Chant hello as strangers meet.
In the circle oaths unbroken,
Needless words remain unspoken.
One cycle ends, begin again,
Remembered circles on Samhain.
Fairies laugh in singing trees,
Ringing in Midsummer’s Eve.
Crackle, sparkle Beltane fire,
Leap in the air, name your desire.
Equal balance of night and day,
Fertility decorates Ostara’s egg.
Many births of divine and fool
Come to pass during sensuous Yule.
