I wait,
I wait for the forest to rise.
The moon soon to go down,
I close my eyes.
I dream of a place,
With beauty, no other name.
I wake in the night,
Feeling ashamed.
My handful of daisies,
Turned to ash.
I fell asleep,
Mother earth is left with a gash.
The moon watches a tear in her eye,
Her friend is now dead,
I too will cry.
The earth is now living, my friends.
Dont turn away. Or pretend you don't know,
For when your mother is dying would you go to sleep and. . .
IGNORE?
