Thus Charms the Light of Darkness

Moonlight is musical, yes, magical!
But dull and cold, it often gets outshined
By the seeming reason of bright, old Sol.
But being so bright, it readily blinds.
Old does not necessarily mean wise.
The sun may turn into the inferno
Under which a drought-stricken nation dies.
Sunshine has a power like the ego.
It is the power of the moon which moves
The dog to sound tributes to his goddess!
Is he not called the friend that truly loves
His master? Thus charms the light of darkness.
Dragons keep moving through the evening sky,
But so often we just let them fly by!
