Awesome Goddess,

The energy of ultraviolet rays
From our star struck your waters, Mother Earth!
Thus arose the blueprints of DNA.
In the first oceans, you gave that life birth,
Oh dear Mother! From those first forms, we all
Have descended. Praise be to you, Blue Sphere!
I place you on the central pedestal
As a Deity to wisely revere.
Death is life, seen from a different point
Of view. Praise be to you, Earth the Mother,
For the final relief from useless joints,
And breathing not worth the painful bother.
As welcome grows that return to your ground
As was the sunrise movingly profound!
