Age Group: Adult
It's when I call you just to hear your voice,
That I find the beauty of daily things.
It's then I find the lasting, inner joys
That get us through the sorrow dying brings.
It's from freely talking with you that sings
My delight in the whiteness of the snow,
And in the robin early come in spring.
Love is knowing you might die tomorrow.
I come alive, preparing to let go
By treasuring all that you say today.
It's the wonders of your voice which endow
Me with a love never to fade away.
A raindrop is as awesome as a tear
When I'm calling you, just your voice to hear!
