Resistance keeps our minds and our hearts from expanding.
When we allow life to flow
we become free.
The universe, the entire self can become blocked when we keep what's real from who we are, what we desire, what we feel.
In order to reach true love and identity, we must breathe through feelings, obstacles, fears.
The breath breathes life as we realize we are it.
We are universal.
We are our truths.
We become our being by living in our breath.
The sacredness is in saying yes.
The knowing is to accept what is.
