A blind christian once called friend

Age Group: Teen
My heart bleeds waiting,
You I called friend,
You came and attacked me, why,
Because I’m pagan and you christian
You called me weak, you put me down,
Told me I was evil and disturbed,
You shoved your hate along with your religion down my throat,
Then all you had to justify it by
Was that you were a “true christian”
Well I see nothing that christianity taught
You tell everyone you don’t hate but I feel the hate in your soul
You still try to bring me down when I tried to be kind
You’re bitter words feel like bullets but they have stopped hurting
There is nothing perfect or holy about you
You are the evil one and I should hate you
But I can’t my soul feels nothing toward you but love and I hope you find your way without dragging others down to raise you to the top.
What kind of a life is that, how long before you turn on the others.
And you are so blind that you don’t see how wrong you are, doing this.
When will you open your eyes and realize all the wrong you’ve done.
I don’t know, but I know that the Lady and Lord still love you even though you’ve done all this to me.
