Lunatic Ravings II

The sign at the Harley shop said, "The road is Always ready - ARE YOU?" I guess I finally am. Ready for what, I don't know. Definately ready for a change of some kind. I'm sick and tired of being told "do this - don't do that" ever since I was a kid.
Get a "real" job so you can pay child support, only the money just goes into her mother's pocket. I make poverty level wages and always have, while she and her new husband are pulling in over $90K between his overtime at the titanium plant and her salary as a CPA. Me, I'm just a poor, dumb, musician, poet, philosopher, shaman, priest who long ago knew that the road to true happiness and fulfillment was NOT in materialistic "things".
The only problem is that being non-materialistic isn't healthy at times. It's easy to freeze to death when you're homeless in the middle of winter. Hunger is no stranger, either. But that is the price that I choose to pay for the life I choose to live. My life is an intricate metamorphasis of all my past experiences in this lifetime as well as my past lifetimes, (isn't everyones?) and I have grown stonger for it.
