First Kiss

Everything went quiet. My teeth were shivering in the cold. My feet began to get jumpy. I felt the wind through my hair blow swiftly west. I looked up and down. As I looked again, my eyes rested on brown. The color brown. With deep pools of black love staring back. I looked down once more, and saw your hands. As they moved closer towards my waist. I didn't want to look up, afraid of seeing your poisonous eyes settle upon mine. Instead I felt your eyes bareing down on me, like a lion waiting and hiding to catch her prey. But suddenly I gave in. I looked at you again. you moved your face closer to mine. I wanted oh so much to back away. But I also moved closer, like a child running for her mother. I felt you warm breath upon my cheeks. I closed my eyes as if enjoying a warm sleep on the beach. Your arms grew tighter around my waist, as you clasped your hands together. I saw my arms begin to wrap themselves around your neck. You slanted your head slightly and touched my cheeks with a swift, smooth glaze of your lips. Then moved closer and closer, then....You were kissing me. It felt so calm and soothing. As your lips moved along mine. Then you backed away and stared into my eyes. You started to smile. I felt tears in my eyes, but didn't show my emotion. I loved you. You actually give me butterflies. For the first time!
