Beethoven keeps slipping away in my dreams
Or are they nightmares?
Fire thunders a spark in the light......gimme some juice
Little boy running away
Big man cries...to the beat of a cello
Where there is a chaos flicking into a darkest night
Strange voices whisper curious nothings
Do I hear them really?
Or is this, my life; merely running away?
Nathaniel hears the focus!
As we just run away...........
Curious nothings come apart, where is my LAMP?
To shine within me
Until Mr. B meets me in room B-116, nothing is wrong with me
Nothing is wrong with you
Nothing is wrong with he
As long as we hear the beat of his cello, gimme juice
Stop running man, listen to beat and stay
Author's Notes: Nathaniel Ayers, a homeless schizophrenic Black man living in Los Angeles is the focus of the wonderful movie, "The Soloist". Ayers is a very, very talented musician who has unfortunately severe schizophrenia
