Being of Magick

Age Group: Adult
I am of Magick.
I cannot fight or deny it,
For to do so,
Is to deny myself, me,
And everything I am.
I am of this World,
And of the Other Realm.
I am I and I am me.
Dragonwalker and Phoenix,
Werewolf and Vampire,
Weretiger and Phouka,
Elf and Siren,
Sidhe and Harpy,
Water Sprite and Wood Fairie,
Wild Woman and more.
Of the elements,
I am many too.
Fire and Ice,
Water and Wood,
Air and Mist.
Many parts in one Whole,
One Whole in conflicting segments.
All this and still,
The complete Me is Unknown.
The final Form is misted over.
But still I follow the Paths of this World,
Seeking what I am meant to be.
For I am I and I am me,
A being of Magick,
Newborn and Free.

Author's Notes: Ok, this is short one for me. I think I'm getting better than I was in the last one I posted. Mayhap... Shall be seen... But this is a little something that parts of have been bouncing around in my head for quite a while so I finally wrote it down late last night. It's a self-affirmation, plain and simple. Accept what you are, who you are or you'll always hurt. I'm having to deal with this the heard way, but if I can help others through this mess, then I hope it works! Blessed be, everyone!
