Naming
by Rose'Ena Tanu
Age Group: Adult
For months now,
I have sought my name.
And when least expected
From somewhere it came.
Haunting my mind,
Late into the night.
Forcing me awake
Till a pen did it write.
My name of magick,
My Other Realm being
With it, my favorite flower,
Within it, other meaning.
For I am now,
Rose’Ena Tanu
And I am indeed better found,
For I am sister to a child of Danu.
I am more complete,
More of myself
Revealed to the world.
Never to lose from deepest self.
I am Rose’Ena Tanu!
For I am I and I am me!
To all the Powers
So mote it be!

Author's Notes: It was nuts... I'm lying in bed trying to sleep and all of a sudden... Rose Calyx pops into my head, but then it changes... To Rose'en Tena... And still again, it morphed, growng and coming closer to what it will be... Then it budded into Rose'enu Tayna... And then, just today while I was talking to my twin about it, it finally crystallized into the name I announce with this work, Rose'Ena Tanu... I can't be sure if I'm spelling it correctly, since this is the pheonetic of how it sounds, but it's close enough! Heck, I may even change my name here to this... To make me more distinctive. (As if Amenakapurra wasn't bizarre enough, eh?) What think you? *giggles*
