Relax!...
The noise and confusion of another day is behind you now.
And yet, still another day, another self continues.
Who would ever imagine that chasing long shadows
Could be such hard work, or that the echoes of self and
mere being could drown out the world in an instant’s
thunder clap!...
Relax – leave tomorrow for another day, and right now
You are neither in the day past,
nor in the realm of unborn tomorrows.
You are here,
here with me.
Here, where in the passage of what was to what will be
You found the eerie stillness of the eye of the hurricane.
Here is a world where you may rest from your labors.
Here is a world where the inner self meets another.
Here you may think and do or let go as you may please.
You are home now…
For a timeless instant you are free now.
Let it pervade you.
Do not chase it or it may crumble – just let it be.
Set yourself free.
And as you do so, you will pass into a world in which
You need not be, seek, do, or express anything
but the unity of self and the moment.
Stretch out and embrace the moment – it is light,
insubstantial: and yet,
stretched arms cannot carry a burden.
Feel yourself relaxing.
Feel yourself letting go.
Let the warmth and softness envelop you, and
Let the brilliance of self-awareness humble all else
at your feet.

Happiness and quiet is all that remains in our shared world.
Welcome, now and forever – You’ve found your home at last.
We were meant for this. For eternity’s bliss.
To leave careless footprints along a sandy shore,
to be as one, forevermore,
in Paradise.

I have been blessed with love, a number of times in this life. But more than that, I have been blessed to be able to love deeply, and be loved in return. If you have experienced life in these ways, I am sure you will find my words familiar in some ways. Having experienced love, lets me love even better with age.
