The Blessings Prayer

The Blessings Prayer
May you be blessed, from morning till night.
May you find rest and your cares be light.
May you find joy in all that you do,
Never be coy when lovers you woo.
Sing every day, but sing from the heart!
May your love stay, and never depart!
Bridle your wrath and watch what you say,
Each person's path will take their own way.
Give what is yours to all those in need
Love as it pours enhances the rede.
Gentleness seek while playing your part,
Real strength is meek when love's in your heart.
Never despair for things will be fine
Live without care and love the Divine
Seek spirit for now in oak, pine, or birch
And you'll find somehow, the world is your church!
For now blessed be, please come thru my door
And join me with glee and bounty galore
Our Lady is here, She lives in our heart
A treasure so dear! I know She won't part.
So blessed we are through life's joy and pain
Our paths take us far while blessings remain
Blessed the moonlight which shines from above
And blessings so bright shed for you with my love.
