Dragons roaring in my head

Age Group: Adult
Dragons roaring in my head,
Can?t block ?em out
I scream instead.
Bile rising in my throat,
My stomachs like a
Stinking mote.
All my cats are dead -
And the dragons are
Still in my head -
I called to Isis for advice,
She showed me a vision
Full of mice.
Writhing in agony on the floor,
I don?t think I
Can take any more.
Spiders crawling in my hair,
I gasp for breath -
Can?t get no air.
Dragons breathing down my neck,
My mind is now
A f*****g wreck.
Candles scattered across the room,
But their flames still
Can?t break the gloom.
The dragons are still
In my head -
And all my friends
Have fled -
Isis keeps whispering
In my ear?
Her voice a cloak of cold
Wrapping me in fear.
The demons lurking
In the shadows,
Are giggling in voices
Low and shallow.
I think by tomorrow
I?ll surely be dead!
And the dragons
Are still in my head.
