Unsure Where To Stand

Age Group: Adult
Everyday I find myself inbetwix a life of torture and bliss,
That every experience I have is hit and miss,
That what I am is not for this world or this time,
I find that my life is either sweet like candy,
Or bitter and sour like a lime.
I am unsure of what to do at this time,
Do I take it out on myself and let it make me smile,
Smile as what I do makes others fear for me all the while?
Or do I keep it in and let it grow inside,
Just covering it up with patches of lies,
Sit,
Smile and its existance deny?
No.
I want to know in this life of black, gray, and white,
Where it is that I truly exist,
Do I exist in the bright day quiet light?
Am I ethereal to all and stay in the gray?
Or Do I exist in the dark night?
Where in this existance do I exist?
Do I exist in this colorful loving and hating land?
Someone please tell me where do I stand?
