Laughing Dog said to the Mother of the Sun

Laughing Dog said
to the Mother of the Sun
Why does the raven fly?
Because it has wings
says the Mother of the Sun.
Laughing Dog said
to the Mother of the Sun
Why does the snake bite?
Because it has fangs
says the Mother of the Sun.
Laughing Dog says
to the Mother of the Sun
Why is the North Wind cold?
Because it is the breath
of those that are memories
says the Mother of the Sun.
Laughing Dog is silent
for a moment.
What is the diference between a dog
and a wolf.
The Mother of Sun says
a leash.
Laughing Dog laughs,
running into the sun
chasing the North wind.
