Thank you all for the depth of thought in your responses to the questions offered here at Pagan Perspectives. Pagan Perspectives was never designed to be a message or debate board. Realistically we have little desire or time to moderate, monitor or "police" these pages. There are many message boards and chat sites on the Pagan net that do this very well.

Recent abuse of the simple concept of community members offering their thoughts on a question of the week has forced us to clarify a few issues.

We WILL promptly remove posts that...

Are a personal attack against another person's opinion (and optionally all related posts)
Are an attempt to control the proceedings
Are irrelevant (off topic) to the question
Are an attempt to inspire a fight or "heated argument"
Are hateful to any person or group
Contain profanities (yes we do want to keep our "family" search engine rating)

What If I want to discuss these issues further? We certainly encourage you to do so. If you are looking for a "heated argument" or to simply discuss these issues further, you can either take it to email or visit one of the hundreds of Pagan chat rooms on the net.
