First wish - That the world, including earth, will remain balanced until time comes. Second wish - That all people would enjoy life with no exception whatsoever Third wish - That I will die a painless death right away, and no one will remember my existance (thus suffer my death) |

I think that if some magickal Aladdin-like genie just popped up and granted me three wishes I'd have to go for: 1. Tolerance - Not just for me but for all the people in this small planet we inhabit... we've had thousands of years to get used to each other but still haven't been able to see our differences as our advantages. I'd wish that we could stop persecution and hatred of people that are different from us because that's what will, in the end, lead to our destruction. 2. Love - This one is a personal wish :) I have a sweet boyfriend that I've been with for five months now and I'd wish to be with him for the rest of my life. I guess if I could possibly tie it in I'd wish along with this one that people in the world wouldn't divorce each other or break up with each other over the stupid, little things like money or a single argument, I'd wish that they could work it out together and have patience. 3. Hope and Faith - This wish for the entire world, because a lot of us have lost both of these important things... Some have lost their hope for for themselves and their dreams and some have lost their faith in the higher power. |

I'm going to assume, for the sake of the game, that everyone who has posted thus far also had their three wishes and that they were granted. So now that we have world peace and prosperity, mutual tolerance and respect, and a healthy environment, here are the three wishes that would make my little corner of Utopia complete. 1. To be the best medicinal herb practitioner ever. 2. To be a better gardener. 3. To always use my talents wisely and compassionately. |

1. For those who do not understand my religious beliefs, to try and look beyond the heresay and find out for themselves what it involves before condemning us. 2. 1. That I might always perceive what is before me with the full clarity of my mind. 2. That I might always face what is before me with full strength of my will. 3. That I might always love what is before me with the full depth of my heart. If I could do those three things consistently, I don't think I'd have to worry about much else. Three wishes, eh? Well here goes... (1) I wish people with good ideas and intents, ie Pagans, Libertarians, etc, could get their act together instead of constant bickering and pissing contests. (2) I wish the "Founding Fathers" had included the Right of Bodily Sovreignity in the Bill of Rights. That is, your body belongs to you and you can do whatever you want with it. No more victimless crimes. No more drug war. No more nudity and prostitution laws. No more power over your most dear material possession. (3) I wish people would actually give a sh*t instead of baa-baa-ing everything they hear. |
