What Moon Phase Are You In?
Consider the phases of the moon: Waxing (strengthening, enlarging, increasing), Full (powerful, energetic, extroverted, public), Waning (banishing, forgetting, diminishing, retreating), New (hidden, secret, introverted) and Once in A Blue (unexpected, outside the norm, quirky, special).
Which such ‘phase’ is your life, emotional state or spiritual growth in right now?
Do you consider and/or utilize the moon phases in your spell work or rituals? How so?

Can you be in more than one moon phase at the same time? I am growing toward the future and gaining in personal strength, knowlege & power, but I am doing it by banishing the past and forgiving & forgetting old hurts. So I guess that means that I am somewhere between waning and waxing, but I am not going thru new to get there (not really anyway. I am talking to a lot of people about what I am doing and they are helping me to get there ... so there are really no secrets and I am not being introverted about it)
Sigh, guess that makes me a blue moon

im in the waning stage right now cuz the guy that i like is going out with my best friend and i need to get over that!! its such a huge dissapointment and my other best friend is always with her now and im the one left standing ... this is not the greatest time in my life! lol :)

I am a Waning, New Moon & a Blue Moon. Basically I am an Eclipse. Something different I suppose. Yes, I do work with the moon phases while casting.

Definitely in the new moon phase. My partner and I have just started classes at University, heading forward together on new paths. So far it had been very interesting. We both had some adjustments to make as we were not used to spending so much time together =) . Our daughter thinks it's really neat that her mom and dad are going to school, too and she invents homework to do so that she can sit at the table with us and bond. We are growing as a family and it is wonderful. It has been a long time since I have been at this place in my head. Nothing has been so right.

...is what I think I am because I am strengthening my faith by learning as much about it and myself as I can. Once I do start doing ritual on a regular basis, I do plan to attune it with the phases of the moon. Right now, however, my favorite full moon activity is to take a moonbath. It does something so primal to me that I cannot even attempt to explain it here. It makes me feel very refreshed and alive and connects me to the universe and its workings. Needless to say, I have been very deprived of that this winter and am hankering badly for spring so I can resume this luscious activity! :) ) O (

Having practiced Wicca for fourteen years, there has been a spiritual graduation of sorts as I have redefined my practices while still remaining true to the teachings I was raised with. Rather than limiting myself to just one particular god/dess, I have found that as I grow and change, so do the gods that I need to work with. Thus, recently, I opened myself up to the Divine, as It chooses to reveal itself to me.
I liken the divine to a tree. The trunk is the Divine, nameless, genderless, then the branches are the extensions of the Divine, each a god or goddess, separate, yet a part of the whole.

Personally, if I had to choose a moon I would be a New waxing Blue Moon On the Fall ( . Oh heck I would be all of them exept Full. Why, becuase most of the time I keep to myself and once in a while I'll do somthing strange, just to keep people guessing, but 9 times out of 10 I forget what i'm doing. I dont know you decide :)

i am definitely a new moon. i'm very introverted and secretive. but i guess that i could also be a once in a blue moon. people see me as strange, or outside the norm.
i usually use moon phases to coincide with a ritual or spell i'm working on. i usually look for days of power and their specific meaning.
