We have just received the sad news from Rev. James D. Stevens that Adam Walks Between Worlds was found murdered in Orange County, California on Thursday Feb, 20, 1997. We had all met Adam this past summer and Peg reflects on her impressions of the charismatic and sometimes controversial Bard. Thus far we have only found one article from the news media on this tragic event. For additional coverage and news as it arrives surf to our The Circle Dance of Life Page for the latest.

Update 2/23/97... This week we executed numerous tweaks, enhancements, additions and changes throughout the Witches' Voice Website. We have numerous exciting plans for the future and do know that they will be happen as soon as time and donations allow. As of this week we now have 6 sponsors/supporters and we would like to thank them for helping to make this project happen. We are a far cry from releasing the CD formerly known as "Freedom Fires" or helping those that have been discriminated against due to their religious beliefs but at least we are moving forward. For more information on how to show your support, surf to our Sponsor the Witches' Voice Page - YOU can do some wonderful things for the Witches of the World. We can't do this without you... There are as many traditions of Witchcraft as there are ways to work magic... This section details the basics of the Craft of the Wise as well as covering the fundamental laws of Witchcraft. If you are new to the Craft this section is a great place to start. We are constantly updating and changing this section.

What is the Witches' Voice and what do they do? This section details our activities, current staff, upcoming promotions, legal & financial status, sponsorships, and our future plans as an anti-discrimination and proactive educational organization. This is a section that changes constantly so do check in for the latest.

Does Witchcraft have its own music ? You bet it does, but the problem is that very few seem to have access to this information... This section is the beginning of our blitz to increase this awareness and celebrate the musical endeavors of many fine Witches/Wiccans and Pagans. It features pictures, bios and contact information on well known Witch/Pagan musicians and details our plans to release a wonderful compilation CD of 13 songs by 13 Witches.

Realizing that many Witches have specific needs we created this section to deal with exactly that. Key pages include: Teenage Pagans Gay Witchcraft Pagan Parenting Witchcraft in the Military. We have plans for rapid growth of this section so do check back for the latest and newest pages.

The internet has brought many Witches together over the last year. This section celebrates our effort to increase communication throughout the global Witchcraft community. Go here to find other Witches, check out their Web sites and talk to us live. Key pages include: Witch Sites on the Web Live Feedback Forum Circles & Events.

Witchcraft is on the rise big time and this section delivers the thoughts and opinions of many Witches... We celebrate the launch of this new site with a wonderful editorial entitled "The Quest for Unity in the Pagan Community" by Wren Walker. Every quarter we feature the latest installment of "Jane's Tidings" and many wonderful guest editorials on a regular basis.

Witches and Pagans, Oh my ! The Voice makes every effort to keep up on the media's portrayal of Witches & Witchcraft. Since our fundamental mission is to educate and "undo" centuries of bad press we are always on the lookout as to just how the media views our religion (both bad & good). Featured pages include: "Witch City" (the story of Salem, Mass.) A review of the new movie "The Crucible" and a celebration of the Coolest Pagan Show on TV.

The Witch Trials of the 1990's... Although Witchcraft has been a legally recognized religion in America since 1985 most of this planet (including many Witches) are simply unaware of this critical fact. Religious discrimination happens on an almost daily basis and in this section we detail the cases that we are constantly keeping an eye on. These Witches need your help and support. and YES it could happen to you.

"WOW, the black pages are cool but a nightmare to print out..." This is true and although this Web site grew out of the internet's protest against censorship by turning the pages black, we are not insensitive to this problem. Hence... THE WHITE PAGES. This section contains printable versions of our most important legal reference documents and form letters that you can use in YOUR local fight for YOUR religious freedom... Look for continuing expansion of this critical section.

The Witches' Voice Mission Statement: The Witches' Voice is a proactive educational network dedicated to correcting misinformation about Witches and Witchcraft. Witchcraft IS a legally recognized religion in the United States (since 1985) and it is our mission to protect that right through education and awareness. We offer Pagan Political Neutrality to all God/Goddess Earth-Based Traditions and Solitary Practitioners that follow the Rede, the Law of Three or a similar compatible Code of Ethics. - So Mote it Be !
