Do the American People really want the Religious Freedom Amendment ?

Out of the Closet on Beltaine Eve?... YES!
Although we of the Witches' Voice certainly do not claim or have any reason to believe that Ellen is a Witch, she IS now out of the closet and the parallels related to "coming out of the broom closet" are just to similar to ignore... A substantial portion of the Witchcraft community IS Gay and have to deal with both situations. This episode was both historic and moving (there wasn't a dry eye here at the Witches' Voice). We of the Witches' Voice salute you Ellen for your honesty and courage.

| Closets... Just about everyone has one or two. As kids, we knew that they were a great place to hide. We were invisible. No one could see us in the dark perching on a pile of Dad's old shoes. We would wait...hearts pounding. We would wait... for someone to fling open the door. The anticipation was almost more than we could stand.

This week we moved our server to its new location somewhere out in Northern California... This is big news for our financial struggle, instead of being gouged for $300.00 a month for our "action" we now pay a flat rate of 30 bucks per month for this web site. The move was not without glitches and we'd like to thank you all for your patience during a few minor glitches. Changing servers in the middle of Mercury Rx was not our preferred choice but a necessary one never the less... The other major change this week was a major restructuring of our "Home Page" The current version was slow loading and we were trying to say way to much on one page. The New structure is a splash page (http://www.witchvox.com) that will feature a quick hello and our Voice of the week award, From there you will be presented with two options; you can choose either this page (our home page) or our new automatically generated "Wicked Fast" Graphic Site Map Index. All sub-indexes (chapters) will point back to the site map and not the home page. The page you are now viewing will be reserved for the latest news related to Modern WitchCraft and features links to stories that we are covering. We plan on tweaking this new front end this week with an eye on beauty and speed. |
