  I went to the Quarter today and to my old covenstead....now I think I am having that crying jag I needed to have to keep going.
The lines on those houses etc are watermarks....and that ceiling is part of the damage in my house, which must be torn down...it looks fine but it is not.
Aisling, the Quarter feels sad and tired and waiting.....the heart of the Nation, My City...is pensive too...waiting to see who returns from the populace of the Magi....all of those who know magick.
 
I went to the tomb of Marie Laveau, where I have visited Mamselle many times thru decades....I did my ritual of respect and she told me that she expects us to help heal her city....which is my city too. She often talks to us, in our visits. I gave her perfume and 9 silver dimes...three time three....I am filled with grief...hers, mine and everyones....
Rollie and I went to Mollies at the Market and got a frozen Irish coffee and toasted all of you who sent aid and funds without a thought, save that of lending a hand. We are so grateful.
 
BTW...there were photos of my grandguana and grandturtle in those shots and one of a tarpaper shingle the shot like a bullet and penetrated a log of our firewood!
  
The next photos are of the Quarter and tomb visit and visit to the shrine of Our Lady of Guadelupe...and area shot of the Quarter and our old Covenstead area too. I will send them shortly.
