On the Tools menu, click Filters; 2. Click New; 3. Under "Match", set the filter to work with the option you want (incoming); Because you want your incoming mail filtered. 4. Using the "Header" pulldown, select what part of header you want; "Any Header" is the best choice. 5. Using the "Rule" pulldown, setup a rule (i.e. "contains"); 6. Select the action you want to take (i.e. lb.listbuilder.com); You're telling the filter to look for any email containing lb.listbuilder.com in the header. 7.
