Clergy Profile: I have been teaching Celtic Witchcraft since the early 90's giving me lots of experience. I've run a coven on and off since 1990 and am now again running open rituals and training in the tradition of Celtic Witchcraft (Scal Dare) .
For Rites of Passage, which I have performed handfastings in Ontario and have set rituals for Wiccanings, this is something I have not chosen to do here. the organization www.LifeRites.org offer excellent celebrants and should be your first port of call.
