I am an ordained minister with the ULC and hold a state of Florida notary certification giving me the ability to legally bind a marriage in this state. I am a Romuvan Kitchen Witch, practicing for over 20 years and have performed rituals for the last 15. I am available for officiating all rites of passage and for counseling. Rates: $20 for the legal notarization and paperwork. Additional fees may be involved based on time, travel, ritual supplies, etc. Each couple seeking a LEGAL handfasting, must obtain their own license prior to the ceremony. I am flexible and can base my services
