Clergy Profile: I been involved with the pagan community since childhood and have been an active member of several international organizations including ADF, Keltria, The Order of the White Stag, The Golden Dawn, and the O.T.O. Primarily focusing upon outreach as a teacher and priest, I seek to balance the cerebral and symbolic ritualistic ideals of the Western Esoteric Tradition with practical, ecstatic practices rooted in the body, primal emotions, and the Land itself. Drawing on my skills as a performer I use humor, storytelling, music, stage magic, and years of personal practice and research to create transformative, “hands-on” experiences within the context of rituals and workshops.
I have presented workshops and rituals at many conferences, festivals, and events throughout the Nation. In Chicago I have served as the High Priest of Moonbeats/EarthSong Sanctuary, and I am one of the founders of Brotherhood of the Phoenix (www.brotherhoodofthephoenix.org ) a neo-pagan order for gay, bisexual and transgender men who love men where I currently serve as the senior clergyman and senior mentor for the Order's training program/seminary. I am also the artistic director of Terra Mysterium (www.terramysterium.com) a Chicago based, pagan performance collective.
Rates: Though I am a legally ordained and registered minister, I am declining to Handfast couples legally until same sex unions are recognized by the Illinois and U.S. Governments. I would be honored to officiate for any non-legal unions, and other rites of pass
