Clergy Profile: My name is Melissa, and I've been performing handfastings for about 5 years now. I've specialized in "in-between" weddings/handfastings where there's a pagan/wiccan couple who doesn't want to be too obvious or perhaps are still in the "broom closet". I also can perform "neutral" weddings/handfastings where an emotional and beautiful experience is desired without the coldness of the Justice of the Peace.
I've never performed an indoor ceremony. That would be a first! Not that I don't like indoor weddings...just seems no one wants one...
I have copies of the handfastings that I have already performed, and am more than willing to assist in the writing and design (including "choreography") of the handfasting.
Rates: Rates schmates. I might ask for money for the service if you want me to dress in some costume I don't have (I've got Renaissance covered!) ...but other than that its on a "whatever you can afford" basis. And of course the free meal...hehe...
