Clergy Profile: Whether you are planning a big wedding or a small vow renewal I am here for you! With a free consultation I will get to know you and your partner and write a ceremony where you will be the final critic. You deserve a ceremony that shows your true colors and is as unique as you are!
As a certified Life-Cycle Celebrant, my role is to design a ceremony that reflects the two of you - your personality, beliefs, and your unique relationship. I don’t perform an "insert name here" wedding. Instead, I take great care to craft a ceremony that’s all about YOU.
If you choose me as your officiant, we will work together. I'll ask you and your partner to complete a detailed questionnaire. Your responses will allow me to create a ceremony that tells your unique love story.
My fee includes:
Researching rituals and ceremony elements that appeal to you
Designing and writing your ceremony, including your love story, vows, and other unique elements
Unlimited consultations and revisions – it’s not finished until I have your final approval!
Full rehearsal with you & your bridal party
Arriving at your ceremony early enough to coordinate with musicians, photographers & anyone else involved to ensure that your ceremony runs smoothly
Officiating the ceremony
Handling the marriage license
Providing you with a keepsake copy of the ceremony
What is a Celebrant?
Celebrants are professional life-cycle ceremony officiants who believe in the power and effectiveness of ceremony and ritual to serve basic needs of society and the individual. They collaborate with their clients to create and perform personalized ceremonies that reflect the clients’ beliefs, philosophy of life and personalities; not the Celebrant's.
Celebrants officiate at all types of life-cycle ceremonies and rituals including baby namings and adoption ceremonies, coming of age ceremonies, weddings, civil unions and commitment ceremonies, funerals and memorials. Celebrants also develop ceremonies to enrich daily life and for community, corporate and civic events. The opportunities to use ceremony to create connections among neighbors and families, and for healing and celebration, are as varied as are our Celebrants.

Rates: The fee varies for each ceremony, normally ranging from $600-$700. However, since every ceremony is unique, quotes are done on an individual basis.
