Clergy Profile: We all lead busy lives, and in those lives we must all make a bit of time for our gods. The Temple of Odin offers an opportunity to commune with the divine, a spiritual gathering to honor the gods.
In honor of Lord Odin, though other dieties are welcome, we gather in cheeroke park for weekly worship services at the viking ship fountian.
This is a service lead with nordic influence, which includes prayers of thanksgiving and need with a mesage from the edda to follow.
We are open to anyone who wishes to worship with us. To ours, and others knowledge, we are the only group to hold rites every week in Louisville, and we are glad to help develup anyones spirituality with such a service.
We meet at 9:30 pm every Wednesday and normaly get started at about 9:45 (unless its under 40 degress in which services will start proptly at 9:35) and depending on the size of the group we are done between 10:00 and 10:15.
Afterwards we normaly will try to gather some place for revelry and food. Feel free to drop by, or please contact me to learn more.
As for me, I have worshiped Odin for just under a decade now. I am an elemental practitioner as well, and I am available for mentoring at the moment, via email as I have a few students at this time. Do not hesitate to contact me.
