Clergy Profile: 2009 is the 40th anniversary of my stepping onto the path of Minister. To this day, I remember clearly talking with the elders in my community back in 1969 and 1970, about my leadership in the youth group and their words: "one day you will be minister". It has been a curious 40 year fulfillment of that charge; one leading down many unguessed paths.
My involvement in Shamanic and Pagan Earth Spirit ways began considerably earlier in my life, than the above. Teachings from my Mom, Grandmother and Aunt encouraged my appreciation of Nature, Agriculture, Spirituality, Open Mindedness, and of my Ancestry. From the beginning I have been involved with Dreams and Dream Work. It is through Dreams, that I have been called to the House and Heritage of both sides of my family tree.
My introduction to and participation with contemporary Pagans began circa 1978/79 in Minneapolis, MN; and immediately included connections to Circle Network and a bit later Circle Sanctuary -- a lifelong friendship ever since. Ergo, 2009 is also my 30th anniversary of participating in the contemporary Pagan community.
