Clergy Profile: Sierra Black is a Witch working in the Reclaiming and Feri Traditions of Witchcraft. Her practice focuses on personal growth and political activism in the context of a feminist, earth-centered spiritual path. She has been practicing for 15 years, and has worked with numerous teachers including Thorn Coyle and the Diana’s Grove Mystery School. Her writings on Pagan topics have appeared in newWitch Magazine, Witchvox and Reclaiming Quarterly.
Sierra has been reading Tarot for over a decade. Her Tarot readings combine careful scholarship in traditional Tarot systems with an array of tools drawn from her background in Witchcraft. She is a member of the American Tarot Association.
Sierra offers public New Moon and Sabbat rituals in the Boston area as part of Viriditas, the Boston-area Reclaiming community she helped found. She also officiates legal weddings, handfastings, blessingways and other rites of personal transformation for individuals and families.
Sierra teaches workshops on Witchcraft, Tarot and Sacred Writing.
