Clergy Profile: Christian is one of Salem's best-known Witches and an ordained minister of Our Lord and Lady of Trinacrian Rose Church, a legally recognized, formal church body under MGL (Massachusetts General Law) Chapter 180. He is able to perform legal handfastings and other rites of passage. Christian can perform the ceremony and is also able to help craft meaningful rituals that speak to the milestones of your life.
BIO
Christian Day is the owner of HEX, a Salem shop dedicated to the ways of old world Witchery. Each October, he presents Salem's Festival of the Dead—which explores the spectre of death in all its many guises. The spirits guide Christian through each day, helping him to see the inner wisdom hidden between the cracks and crevices of the mundane world.
In addition to HEX and Festival of the Dead, Christian has run popular web site SalemTarot.com, dedicated to the study of Tarot, since 1995. As one of Salem's most talented psychics, Christian specializes in matters of love, money, career, and family, and has read the Tarot cards for nearly twenty years, providing guidance for his clients across the country and around the world. Christian was born with the talents of a Witch, often manifesting changes in his life without knowing quite how or why it was happening. With a strong desire for knowledge, he began to seriously sharpen his psychic talents in his teens, learning the Tarot cards and taking classes in the Silva Method, a modern scientific form of psychic development. In his 20's, Christian was initiated into the old-world, family-tradition Coven of the Raven Moon by the late Shawn Poirier. With Shawn's passing, he leads the coven with Sandra Mariah Power—helping to teach new students the ancient arts of natural Witchcraft and folk magic.
Rates: To have Christian officiate a wedding ritual, the cost is $800. Christian can also assist with ritual construction for an additional fee.
